Ordering couldn't be easier. You can choose between ordering online or over the phone, and if you are a credit account holder or a public sector customer, you can also send your purchase order by email, fax or post.
Ordering online
To order online, choose a product quantity and click on the 'Add to Cart' button. Once you have added all the products you need to your cart, click on the basket icon on the top right of the page and click 'Go to checkout'. Enter your details and payment method to complete the process.
You can choose to pay by credit/debit card (we accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express cards) or if you are a credit account holder or a public sector organisation, you can checkout online using a purchase order number and benefit from a 30-day credit account.
If you don't have a credit account with us, you can still send a purchase order and pay by bank transfer before the goods are shipped.
Ordering over the phone
We accept orders over the phone with payment by credit/debit card. Please call us on 01924 278009 to place your order.
Please note that when ordering over the phone, the goods must be delivered to the card's billing address for security. If you require delivery to a different address, please order online via our website, or request an invoice to pay by bank transfer before shipping.
