We use a range of delivery companies to deliver orders based on the item type, size and weight.
Smaller items such as portable projectors, desktop monitors, small brackets, accessories etc. are shipped with typical couriers such as DPD, DX, UPS, DHL etc. while larger items such as interactive displays, projection screens or furniture for example are shipped on specialist delivery services, including palletised deliveries.

For smaller items, standard delivery is made within 3 working days in mainland UK.
If you need your order urgently, you can choose our Express delivery service for a next working day delivery.
If you are happy to wait a little longer for delivery, we also offer a FREE delivery service on orders over £300 ex VAT which take 7 days from order.

Special delivery services are also available on request, including timed delivery such as Next Day Pre 9am/10am/12pm, Saturday AM delivery, Same Day delivery and International delivery. Please contact us for special delivery pricing.

Prices are per order for delivery in mainland UK only. Please call us to enquire about delivery to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

Bulky Items

Some bulky items such as large interactive displays, whiteboards, large projection screens, lecterns etc. require specialist delivery and are not eligible for Saver, Standard or Express delivery services. These products may be subject to additional delivery costs and we will contact you to confirm the options available.

Delivery information

Can you deliver to a different address than the billing address?

Unfortunately for security reasons we will only deliver to the card's billing address.

Do I need to be present at the time of delivery?

The courier will require a signature on delivery so you need to ensure someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the parcel.

Do I need to inspect the parcel on delivery?

Yes, you must inspect the parcel for any visible sign of damage. Damaged parcels must be signed for as damaged on the delivery slip. You must also report the damage to our Customer Services department immediately. Failure to do so may invalidate any claim for damage.

When is the order cut-off time for Next day delivery?

Orders placed before 3pm on a week day will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following working* day. Orders placed over the week-end will be processed the following working day*.

For example, an order placed on Tuesday before 3pm with Express delivery will be delivered on the following Wednesday. An order placed on a Tuesday after 3pm with Express delivery will be processed on the Wednesday and delivered on the following Thursday. An order placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be processed on the following working day.

Depending on the delivery service selected and the type of items you have purchased we will use one of the following couriers: DPD, DX, UPS, DHL, UK Mail, ParcelForce or a specialist delivery service.
