Here are the answers to some of the questions we are asked most often. If you cannot find the answer to your question, please contact us by phone or email and we would be happy to help.


Do you have a showroom I can visit?

We do not have a showroom or shop for customers to visit. Any visit to our premises is by appointment only.

Is the product I'm interested in in stock?

The stock status for each product is shown on the product page.
If you would like to make sure before placing an order you can contact us by phone or by email and we will be happy to confirm stock levels. This is recommended if our website shows there are fewer than 5 units left as some orders are not placed via our website and there can be a slight delay for stock levels to update online.
In the case of 'Out of stock' products, we can also advise on the delivery lead time.

I have seen a product cheaper elswhere, can you match the price?

We make every effort to offer the best prices on all the products we supply.
In the unlikely event that you find a product cheaper elsewhere, please call us on 01924 278009 and we will do our best to match or beat the price providing certain conditions are met.

Do you offer discounts?

Thanks to our close relationship with many manufacturers we are often able to offer special discounts and offers on bulk orders or for education and public sector customers and charities.
Please contact us if you would like a quotation and we'll be happy to provide you with our best prices.

Do I have to register an account to order online?

There is no requirement to register an account to order from our website. When placing an order online, you can proceed through the checkout process as a guest.
However if you would like the opportunity to check on the status of an order, check your order history, or save billing and delivery addresses on your account for quicker checkout in future, you would need to register.

Do you accept purchase orders?

We accept purchase order from education organisations and public sectors customers including NHS, councils, RAF and police who automatically benefit from a 30-day credit account.

We also accept purchase orders from business customers who have a credit account setup with us.

Do you ship abroad?

We can ship some products but not all internationally. In addition, we aren't able to ship to certain countries.
To check whether we can deliver a product to your address outside the UK, please call us and we will be happy to help.

Alternatively, we can arrange delivery to a UK based freight fowarder of your choice if you would like to make your own arrangement for onward shipping.
