How to Order
Ordering from Cherrywood AV couldn't be easier. You can choose from ordering online or over the phone, and if you are a credit account holder or a public sector customer, you can also send your purchase order by email, fax or post.
Order online (card payment)
Select a product category from the menu and select a product in the list (or use our search facility to find a specific model).
Select the quantity required and click on the 'Add to Cart' button.
Once you have added all the products you need to the cart, click on the basket icon on the top right of the page and click on 'Go to checkout'
When you proceed to 'Checkout', follow the simple instructions and select payment by credit/debit card details.
You will be redirected to the Opayo by Elavon (formerly SagePay) platform to enter your card details securely. Once the payment has been processed you will be redirected to our website where your order number will be displayed on screen. You will also receive an email order confirmation with your order number and details.
Order online (purchase order)
Public sector customers and account holders* have the option to order online and benefit from a 30-day credit account when using an official purchase order number.
To order select a product category from the menu and select a product in the list (or use our search facility to find a specific model). Select the quantity required and click on the 'Add to Cart' button.
Once you have added all the products you need to the cart, click on the basket icon on the top right of the page and click on 'Go to checkout'
When you proceed to 'Checkout', follow the simple instructions, select the 'Purchase Order' option and provide a purchase order number.
* We will process purchase orders on credit for non-public sector customers who have a previously agreed credit account with us. To check if you have a credit account with us, please call us on 01924 278009.
Order over the phone
If you prefer to talk to one of our advisers to place your order, you can call us on 01924 278009 with your payment card details and we will be happy to take your order over the phone.
Please note, orders placed over the phone must be delivered to the card billing address. If you require delivery to a different address, please order on our website, or request to pay by bank transfer.
Order with a purchase order
Public sector customers and credit account holders can also send an official purchase order by email, fax or post and benefit from 30-day credit.

Payment
We accept most major credit/debit cards including VISA, Mastercard and American Express.
Online payments are processed entirely by the Opayo by Elavon (formerly SagePay) secure payment gateway.
Customers ordering by purchase order can also pay by cheque and bank transfer as per the instructions on our invoices.
