The Brightness can easily be switched between high and standard mode to suit room conditions and screen type. Six preset picture modes ensure users can quickly achieve an optimised image and the aspect ratio can be changed from 4:3 for data projection to 16:9 for watching movies.

The Sony VPL-ES3 is suitable for mobile use and is also ceiling mountable. It has a wide range of inputs and outputs including monitor and audio outputs. The VPL-ES3 accepts high definition inputs.

Password Protection
When this function is activated a password is required to use the projector (if the password is lost, Sony is able to retrieve it).

Control Panel Lock
This function locks the controls on the top and side of the projector, to prevent unauthorised or unintentional use of the controls. Functionality can be switched 'on' or 'off'.
