The Sony FWD-42PV1 plasma screen replaces the Sony PFM-42V1 plasma screen with a new high performance display for digital signage and entertainment applications. A 42 inch wide screen display incorporates the latest generation plasma panel with WVGA (852x480 pixels) as its native resolution, a high brightness and a superb contrast (10.000:1 in a dark room!)

The FWD-42PV1 has a similar look to the FWD-32/42LX1and the FWD-50PX1N models. With a depth of just 12cm and a weight of only 29kg the FWD-41PV1 is easy to handle and can be easily integrated into Point-of-Sales and Point-of-Information applications with only a minimum of space required. The connector panel is located on the lower back of the display providing easy, inconspicuous hook-up.
