In the market of public displays the demands on PDP technology are quite challenging. The NEC 42VP5 Plasma Screen meets all these challenges head on, thanks to a multitude of technological advances from NEC.

The key attribute that stands out is the high quality picture performance in an ambient environment. It is almost unfair to pick on any one particular aspect; the VP5 has improvements in every area of picture quality demands.

All this plus the lowest power consumption of 270 Watts and a weight of 28.5Kg makes this an ideal product for Public Display Applications.

But to make the 42VP5 even more in tune with the Public Display demands NEC have added an anti-glare filter. As the name suggests this filter removes practically all possible glare, whilst achieving the best picture quality possible.

In addition the VP5 for video-wall applications comes with a built in splitter feature for 2X2, 3X3, 4x4 or 5x5 applications.
