Do you have a showroom I can visit?
We do not have a showroom or shop for customers to visit. Any visit to our premises is by appointment only.
Is the product I want in stock?
The stock status for each product is shown on the product page but if you would like to make sure before placing an order you can contact us by phone or by email and we will be happy to confirm stock levels. In the case of 'Out of stock' products, we can also advise on the delivery lead time.
I have seen a product cheaper elswhere, can you match the price?
We make every effort to offer the best prices on all the products we supply. In the unlikely event that you find a product cheaper elsewhere, please call us on 01924 278009 and we will do our best to match or beat the price providing certain conditions are met. Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
Thanks to our close relationship with many manufacturers we are often able to offer special discounts and offers on bulk orders. The volume required to benefit from a discount varies between products so if you are looking to order in bulk, please contact us and we'll be happy to provide you with our best prices.
Do I have to register an account to order online?
There is no requirement to register an account to order from our website. When placing and ordering online, you can proceed through the checkout process as a guest. However if you would like the opportunity to check on the status of an order, check your past orders, or print invoices in your own time, you would need to register.
Do you ship abroad?
We ship to a wide range of countries. To check whether we can deliver a product to your address outside the UK, please call us and we will be happy to help.
